Rivalen zu, die soziale, wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Tragbarkeit der Belt and Road Initiative\/BRI-Projekte zu verbessern (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sinoskop.de\/blog\/eu-china-gipfel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">siehe #23<\/a>).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"ApDq5Enysr\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sinoskop.de\/blog\/eu-china-gipfel\/\">#23 EU-China Gipfel: &#8220;Win-win&#8221; samt Sahneh\u00e4ubchen<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8222;#23 EU-China Gipfel: &#8220;Win-win&#8221; samt Sahneh\u00e4ubchen&#8220; &#8212; S i n o s k o p\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sinoskop.de\/blog\/eu-china-gipfel\/embed\/#?secret=qfFhcCgHvV#?secret=ApDq5Enysr\" data-secret=\"ApDq5Enysr\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Der zweite Seidenstrassen-Gipfel Ende April gab der chinesischen F\u00fchrung eine weitere M\u00f6glichkeit, China als flexible und verl\u00e4ssliche Weltmacht samt Gestaltungsanspruch zu pr\u00e4sentieren.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Die \u201eSchicksalsgemeinschaft der Menschheit\u201c<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Die Botschaft an die 5000 Teilnehmer aus 150 L\u00e4ndern, darunter 37 Staats- und Regierungschefs sowie zahlreiche Vertreter internationaler Organisationen, war klar und deutlich: Die weitere Entwicklung des Seidenstrassenprojekts wird ab sofort \u201egr\u00fcn, sauber, und offen\u201c, versprach Staatspr\u00e4sident Xi.<\/p>\n<p>Nach zuletzt heftigem Gegenwind kommt China seinen Kritikern auf der heimischen B\u00fchne entgegen und verspricht mehr Kooperation, mehr Umweltschutz, mehr Nachhaltigkeit. Zuk\u00fcnftig sollen bei Projekten \u00f6kologische Standards eingehalten und streng auf Nachhaltigkeit gepr\u00fcft werden, absolut regelbasiert und mit einem hohen Ma\u00df an Transparenz.<\/p>\n<p>BRI-Projekte sollen h\u00f6chsten internationalen Standards und Regeln entsprechen. Die Kreditvergabe wird an die jeweiligen Empf\u00e4nger angepasst, der Korruption wird der Garaus gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Weiter werde sich der chinesische Markt weiter f\u00fcr ausl\u00e4ndische Unternehmen \u00f6ffnen, die Gleichbehandlung ausl\u00e4ndischer Firmen soll gew\u00e4hrleistet, der Schutz geistigen Eigentums zuk\u00fcnftig gro\u00df geschrieben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Es war ein weiteres Bekenntnis Xis zu Welthandel, zu Multilateralismus, zu mehr Qualit\u00e4t und Nachhaltigkeit.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Klassisches chinesisches \u201eWin-win\u201c<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Die Abschlusserkl\u00e4rung enthielt die &#8211; gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils vorgegebenen &#8211; Botschaften chinesischer Machart, berichtet die <i>Frankfurter Allgemeine<\/i>. Darin enthalten ist u.a. das Versprechen von 38 Staats- und Regierungschefs zur Zusammenarbeit beim Ausbau der Finanzinstitutionen, darunter auch die Schweiz, \u00d6sterreich und Portugal.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Weitere Ergebnisse des 2.\u00a0 BRI-Gipfels:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Laut Pr\u00e4sident Xi wurden neue Vertr\u00e4ge in H\u00f6he von 64 Mrd. Dollar abgeschlossen.<\/li>\n<li>Aussenminister Wang gab bekannt, dass bereits 126 L\u00e4nder und 29 internationale Organisationen Teil der Neuen Seidenstrasse sind (nach Italien und Luxemburg unterzeichnete jetzt auch die Schweiz eine Absichtserkl\u00e4rung)<\/li>\n<li>Der Pressesprecher der Planungsbeh\u00f6rde teilte mit, dass bisher 90 Mrd. Dollar in BRI-Projekte flossen (2013-2018).<\/li>\n<li>Zentralbankchef Yi beziffert das zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellte BRI-Volumen auf 440 Mrd. Dollar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Besonders laut war und ist die Kritik an der BRI-Kreditvergabe. Kritische Stimmen warnen vor einer daraus entstehenden \u201eSchuldenfalle\u201c f\u00fcr Gl\u00e4ubigerstaaten. Als Reaktion darauf soll diese nun angepasst werden: G\u00fcnstigere R\u00fcckzahlmodalit\u00e4ten, niedrigere Zinsen, l\u00e4ngere Laufzeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Gipfel-Teilnehmer Bundeswirtschaftsminister Altmaier zeigte sich im Nachhinein zufriedener als erwartet. Er lobte den Konsens f\u00fcr fairen Wettbewerb und offene M\u00e4rkte. Den Ank\u00fcndigungen m\u00fcssten aber auch Taten folgen, forderte Altmaier.<\/p>\n<p>Stichwort Transparenz. Scheinbar kam es nach Xis und Putins Reden zu einer \u201etechnischen St\u00f6rung\u201c, denn die \u00dcbertragung ins internationale Medienzentrum brach pl\u00f6tzlich ab.<\/p>\n<p>Im Interview mit der<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nzz.ch\/international\/belt-and-road-interview-china-schafft-eine-neue-weltordnung-ld.1474812\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> <i>Neuen Z\u00fcrcher Zeitung<\/i><\/a> bewertet der ehemalige Europaminister Portugals, Ma\u00e7\u00e3es, die Bedeutung der Neuen Seidenstrasse und der neuen Eurasischen Welt:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eEs l\u00e4uft auf eine Welt hinaus, in der Europa st\u00e4rker an China angebunden ist als die USA.&#8220; <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Und es hofft, dass China im Gegenzug auch zu einem gewissen Grad abh\u00e4ngig von Europa ist.
